Returns & Cancellations
We will replace any bottle of wine that is damaged, flawed or that the customer finds unsatisfactory with the current vintage of that same wine. We ask the customer return the unfinished portion of the original bottle for replacement. In the event that you decide your purchase was not the right decision, you may return any unopened bottle of wine and Bayernmoor Cellars will refund the full price you paid (minus shipping costs) within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked. Please send an email to email@example.com to arrange for the return of unopened bottles or replacement of corked or flawed product.
Bayernmoor Cellars is not responsible for any damage incurred during shipping, including wine that was damaged due to adverse weather conditions. In order to mitigate the possibility of weather related damage we reserve the right to hold a shipment during extremes of hot and cold.
Once the wine is received we will refund your credit card account for the cost of the wine less shipping and handling. If the original wine was damage or flawed you will receive a full refund, including shipping and handling charges.
Bayernmoor Cellars reserves the right to refuse refunds if any efforts of refund policy abuse are detected.
