Bayernmoor Cellars is excited to announce our BBQ Themed Winemaker’s Dinner, Friday June 24th!


Hosted by owner/winemaker Larry Harris and Chef Tori, come enjoy a beautiful evening of amazing wines, delicious food and live music! Chef Tori will be preparing five barbecue themed courses, perfectly paired with your favorite Bayernmoor wines.
 
Enjoy a Rosé Spritzer on the patio at 6:30pm with dinner starting at 7:00pm in the Tasting Room.

Wine Club: $150/ticket, plus tax and gratuity 
Non-Wine Club: $170/ticket, plus tax and gratuity

Vegetarian option available upon request at booking. Your credit card will be required for booking and any cancellations within 72 hours of the event will be charged $75 per person. No shows will be charged at the full rate.

2019 Rosé - Horse Heaven Hills AVA
whipped feta, roasted strawberries and fresh basil, with crostini

COURSE TWO

2018 Chardonnay - Columbia Valley AVA
grilled steelhead pasta salad, asparagus, capers, snap peas, and dill, with lemon zest

COURSE THREE

2017 Pinot Noir - Washington State
Uli's onion sausage kebab, mushrooms, zucchini, bell pepper, and Walla Walla onions, with Pinot Noir reduction

COURSE FOUR

2018 Bayernmoor Estate Pinot Noir - Reserve
sixteen hour slow smoked brisket, served with pickled mustard seed potato salad, and sweet corn

COURSE FIVE

2018 Cabernet Sauvignon - Klipsun Vineyard / Red Mountain AVA
Cabernet soaked cherry cobbler, hazelnut & oat crumble, with whipped cream
