Our 2019 Estate Pinot Noir is a blend of Precocé and 777 clones from our estate vineyard, combined to create a wine with both delicate and complex flavors. Fruit forward nose with notes of dried cherry, oak and rich leather. On the palate, bright red fruit, cherry, hibiscus, pomegranate and cloves with a light oak finish.

Vineyard Notes
Bayernmoor Estate vineyard has just under 6 acres of Pinot Noir that sit on a south-facing slope of our property. We have planted multiple clones of Pinot Noir and employ a mix of organic and other mindful farming practices to ensure a sustainable vineyard. At harvest time, we hand pick the fruit and crush it at our estate winery only 100 yards away.
