Our 2019 vintage is a 50/50 blend of Grenache and Mourvedre. With its immediate notes of watermelon and strawberries, this wine is summer in a bottle. Aromas of wild cherry, rose petal, and honeydew add complexity to this refreshing rosé. On the palate this wine presents a refreshing acidity. Flavors of strawberries and cream linger on the mouthwatering finish. Sourced exclusively from the Horse Heaven Hills AVA.
Six Prong sits in the Horse Heaven hills. With it's elevation, hot and windy days, and sandy loam soil it is the perfect spot to grow the fruit foward Rhone varietals for our Rosé.
Left on the skins for 3 hours to absorb color.
Food Pairing Notes
