Fondly known as our Chef's 'walk through the garden Pinot', the Clone Précoce remains a favorite at every table. This Pinot is an early-ripening grape renowned for it's floral characteristics and delicate palate. Our 2021 vintage is an elegant blend with just the right amount of body. On the nose you'll discover rich aromas of strawberry, raspberry, cherry, pepper, cedar, and warm spices. On the palate, sip on delicious flavors of cherry, strawberry, a light touch of oak, and plenty of warm spices. Get adventurous and pair the Précoce with a beautiful fillet of salmon at your next dinner - we promise it's a match made in heaven!

Vineyard Notes
Bayernmoor Estate vineyard has just under 6 acres of Pinot Noir that sit on a south-facing slope of our property. We have planted mulitple clones of Pinot Noir and employ a mix of organic and other mindful farming practices to ensure a sustainable vineyard. At harvest time, we hand pick the fruit and crush it at our estate winery only 100 yards away.

Barrel aged for 15 months in 100% French Oak - 25% New, 75% Neutral
